If you want to snack after exercise, healthy options are nuts, biltong, cheese or smoothies containing dairy, nutbutters and coconut milk or coconut oil. If you are exercising on higher carb intake then carb mixed with protein foods or drinks are best for recovery, things like shakes or nuts.
